RCC has an eclectic approach to treatment using evidenced based therapies including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral and solution focused approaches. RCC acknowledges that every individual, family, and couple is unique, resulting in the importance of the therapeutic style matching the specific needs of these individuals.
RCC offers a variety of professional services designed to provide the most effective care possible for each client. Services commonly provided are:
Mental Health evaluations/assessments are provided to individuals or organizations based upon a contractual fee-for-service rate.
Mental health consultation, presentations, workshops, team building, and trainings are provided to organizations, individuals, and groups upon request. RCC will work with you to meet your individual/organizational needs.
We are currently offering MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID training.
Clinical supervision for Social Workers seeking licensure. $75/hour- meet once per week. Contact Ebonie Walker, LCSW.

Clinical supervision for qualified mental health professionals in mental health services or community based agencies.
This service is provided on an "as-needed" basis, as these groups are centered around a specific issue. The benefits of group counseling are mutual support and psycheducation.
Group Consultation in the form of workshops, trainings, and clinical supervision is also provided.

To best understand and improve relationship dynamics, it is usually helpful to work with a client and another family member or significant other. Some clients who participate in family/couples counseling decide to engage in individual counseling to address problematic behavior that impacts their relationship.
