RCC has an eclectic approach to treatment using evidenced based therapies including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral and solution focused approaches. RCC acknowledges that every individual, family, and couple is unique, resulting in the importance of the therapeutic style matching the specific needs of these individuals.
RCC offers a variety of professional services designed to provide the most effective care possible for each client. Services commonly provided are:
Mental Health Evaluations/Assessments
Mental Health evaluations/assessments are provided to individuals or organizations based upon a contractual fee-for-service rate.
Consultation:
Mental health consultation, presentations, workshops, team building, and trainings are provided to organizations, individuals, and groups upon request. RCC will work with you to meet your individual/organizational needs.
We are currently offering MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID training.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision for Social Workers seeking licensure. $75/hour- meet once per week. Contact Ebonie Walker, LCSW.
** NOT ACCEPTING NEW SUPERVISEES AT THIS TIME**
Clinical supervision for qualified mental health professionals in mental health services or community based agencies.
Group Counseling/Consultation:
This service is provided on an "as-needed" basis, as these groups are centered around a specific issue. The benefits of group counseling are mutual support and psycheducation.
Group Consultation in the form of workshops, trainings, and clinical supervision is also provided.

Clients meet one-on-one on a regular basis with a clinician to explore patterns of behaviors, identify desired goals, and coping strategies.Family/Couples Counseling:
To best understand and improve relationship dynamics, it is usually helpful to work with a client and another family member or significant other. Some clients who participate in family/couples counseling decide to engage in individual counseling to address problematic behavior that impacts their relationship.
Life Coaching
Sometimes successful people "get stuck" or want to make changes in their lives and need guidance. Coaches help clients set personal or professional goals, create a plan of action, and encourage follow through.Tele-Mental Health
Accessing mental health care is a significant challenge for
most Americans, with wait times to see a provider measured
in weeks and months, rather than days. In addition to long wait
times, distance, cost, and stigma present significant barriers
to getting care. These are all challenges that telemedicine
is uniquely equipped to solve.
