What we do

01

Telehealth

Accessing mental health care can be a significant challenge for a lot of people. Long wait times, distance, cost, and the stigma that sometimes comes with seeking help, present significant barriers to getting care. These are all challenges that telehealth are equipt to solve. Currently, all sessions at RCC are done via telehealth. You can book your phone or online session here.

02

Individual Counseling

Meet one-on-one on a regular basis to explore patterns of behaviors, identify desired goals, and coping strategies.

03

Couples/Family Counseling

To best understand and improve relationship dynamics, it can be helpful to work with a family member or significant other. Some clients who participate in family/couples counseling may decide to engage in individual counseling to address undesired behaviors that impact their relationship.

04

Life Coaching

Sometimes people "get stuck" or want to make changes in their lives and need guidance. Coaching helps clients set personal or professional goals, create a plan of action, and encourage follow through.

05

Group Counseling

Provided on an "as-needed" basis, as these groups are centered around a specific treatment issue. The benefits of group counseling are mutual support and psycheducation. Contact us to inquire.

06

Supervision

Clinical supervision for pre-licensed Social Workers seeking licensure. (1) hour of individual supervision per week and/or (1.5) hours of group 1x/month.
